Class A Office Space In the heart of Historic Downtown Greensboro

Built in 1924 the Meyer's Department Store was downtown Greensboro's premier department store. In the 1980's the Meyer's Building was transformed into commercial real estate space and has been internally renovated many times to date.

 

Today, the Meyer's Building offers 40,000 sqft of full service Class 'A' professional office space with ample parking. We are located in the heart of downtown Greensboro’s social, business, and restaurant district on the corner of South Elm Street and February One Place.

Welcoming our new neighbors - The Westin Greensboro

The Meyer's Building is very excited about the new Westin Greensboro being built right across the street at 203 S. Elm Street.

According to the Westin Greensboro website the Westin will feature 22,000 sqft. of event space, 180 guest rooms, and 6,500 sqft. of outdoor space. The Westin Greensboro is scheduled to open in 2024.
